Upsell on breakaway

HUYZEE: were you happy with your choice of haven. I cant decide between forward and courtyard!?

 

I actually sail this Sunday, so I would have to report back. I prefer the additional interior space and probably won't mind walking to Haven if needed.

i hadnt looked at that room before but see its virtually the same size as the spa haven room and is 200 more on my itinerary. but of course closer to haven than me :)

 

i know not everyone needs a spa in the room but to me that fact, plus the 400 dollars we 'save' on the spa pass really seems like a great deal for the spa room

I did a tour of the haven spa room.All i could say is, love this room.

Can I ask where this number is? Or can I have it ?

 

Also we just booked on sat for a may cruise. We booked a guaranteed balcony for around $1100 per person with both drinks & meal package. When would be a good time to call ? And what should I be looking for, on an upgrade and pricing ?

 

Sorry never been on Norwegian before so this part is all new to me. I never knew of a phone number to call after you booked.

Hi, the # is 1-800-625-4309, M-F 9-5 for UPSELL dept.

You can call within a month, sometimes you will get an offer, but you may have to wait till closer to the cruise and the lower $ will be.

 

I started calling at 30 days, I was in a spa balcony, wanted a Haven spa. well they didn't budge on the price. I saw cabins going so I didn't wait too long, and I booked a forward haven penthouse for 500PP. separate BR/dining/living rm. also got the spa pass and cost us $3000 less than original price!!!

Thank you so much ! That sounds great! Ill wait until closer and ill try now to look at prices so I can tell if its a good deal or not. If not the balcony will do just fine, But hey a girl can dream;)

I booked the Getaway last month for February 2016. I booked a spa balcony.

I also wrote down the price for the Haven Spa balcony so I can use that as a reference

when I call next year closer to my date. I would LOVE to be in the Haven. My time during the day would be spent in the Haven and spa. At night dinner, show and back to my Haven LOL
