Carnival Magic porthole cabin

We are booked in cabin 1214 on the Carnival Magic for January 2017.

I have stayed in a porthole cabin on the Freedom and wanted to know if anyone else had stayed in this cabin and pros and cons

Since you have stayed in a porthole cabin before, you pretty much know what to expect: sound of the waves hitting the front of the ship, some rocking motion, but both pretty consistent so it's not bad. If you go to cruiselinerooms dot com, and pull up the Magic, you will find pics of cabin 1214 there. It probably looks almost exactly like what you had on Freedom.
