Bus schedule le havre port to honfleur

In Le havre port on 4/22/16. Would Like to go to honfleur by bus around 12 noon and return by six pm. Having trouble finding the bus schedule. ( bus # 20??)Also seems that that you have to purchase a ticket early since if there are a lot of ships in Port they will sell out. Is it a far walk to the bus station to buy tickets in the morning and return for the bus?? Does the ticket guarantee a seat ??

On our last visit we shared a 6 seater taxi with others who were willing. The cost was very reasonable..35€ per person I recall.

 

12-6 using bus is not going to leave much time in Honfleur. It is worth aiming for a longer visit.

 

The bus does not pick up near the ship so this will eat into your time.

My info is a bit dated but back in 2013, the bus station was located next to the train station (right behind it, in fact). As I recall, it was about a 30 minute walk from port to the train station. Perhaps someone with more recent experience can confirm the location of the bus station.

35 euros per person one way seems high!! How did you return?!

 

35 euros was for a taxi there and back with a few stops around the Honfleur beforehand. We were there from around 10:30 to 4pm.

The taxi driver just gave us a meet up point near the old church.

We did. There were already 4 of us who were planning to share. Another couple from another ship joined us.
