Assistance Changing Cruise Reservation

Do you get better customer service from calling Captain's Club when you need to change your cruise or should I just call the general ph # and get whoever to assist me? Don't know which is easier/better way to get my reservation changed. I never used a personal cruise consultant before so I don't have someone I know to call.

I would probably call captain's club, but be sure to ask them to email you a copy of the changes before you hang up the phone.

thanks. I just caled them and they just forwarded me to a cruise consultant. oh well at least I'm getting help. :)
