Taxis Available at Jacksonville Port Authority! HELP!!

Hello is there taxis waiting for people outside the port when u come back into port to take u to the airport. I have to go to the car rental place to pick up r rental car after we get back into port i was wondering if i should set up a taxi to come get us or if there will be a taxi service out there waiting for people. Thank you so much for any feed back!
