NCL says you cannot cash out any OBC onboard!

How can I tell what is refundable and what is non-refundable? I think I got some OBC from NCL and some from my TA. On myNCL, it shows as one $500 on-board credit certificate and three $100 on-board credit certificates. Would like to know what can be converted to cash and what cant.
