Call the hotel to see if they can suggest a provider they've worked with.

 

Check with the usual - SAS, QLS, Go Airport, etc.

 

Taxi for about $80+tip Uber will be less unless surge pricing is in effect.

 

Private transport from Holland Limo, Larry's Limos and Go Airport is another option.

 

You could rent a car at FLL, drop it in Miami the morning of your cruise, and then shuttle or taxi to the port. National, Alamo and Thrifty offer free shuttles to POM from their MIA airport location.
