Bottomless bubbles

Is bottomless bubbles like the cheers program in that everyone in the cabin has to purchase it? I want it because I don't really drink, but my husband doesn't want it and just wants to pay per drink ( he drinks beer occasionally). We definitely don't want cheers. He doesn't drink enough for it to pay off.
