11:00 AM train back to NY from Baltimore ?? Possible ??

I am looking to take Amtrak home to NY after cruise in Baltimore.. I am platinum ,and will do self assist. We dock at 9am. I'm thinking it might be doable. Any input would be appreciated.

Docking at 9 AM doesn't mean that Customs will have the ship cleared by 9 AM. We docked at 7 AM in Tampa last year and the ship was not cleared to disembark until almost 9 AM because some non US Citizens did not show up for Customs to check them out on time and it held up the entire ship's schedule. Only two hours between docking time and train time seems a bit tight to me. Sounds like a really hurried way to end your vacation. Just my opinion.
