You can maximize your Ultimate Dining Plan (UDP) by using at the a la cart restaurants and not the fixed price restaurants.

Just order what you want. There is no time limit, no drink limit. NCL raised the prices of their drinks, so it's very easy to break even now.

BirdTravels is attempting to subtlety remind you that UDP ( or SDP) is referring to dining and UBP refers to drinking. :)
