parasailing in Antigua?

We are headed to Antigua for a day on our cruise in Feb. We are thinking we would like to parasail while we are there. Does anyone know of a good, reliable company we can take a cab to? If so, how do I get a hold of them?

 

Also, I had heard there was an area to get really pretty paintings, has anyone ever seen a place like this? Like a market kind of area? Thanks!
