Does anyone know if there is a cigar bar on the Adventure ? If not, are there places to smoke cigars?

Yes the Connoisseur Club is on deck 5 just outside the Imperial Lounge. These are found on Freedom and Voyager Class ships.

 

You can also smoke cigars in the designated smoking areas.

The current cigar bar will become the library. I've seen no plans to replace the cigar bar.
