Anyone else book "Shore snorkel and beach pass" to Paradise Cove through Carnival? I did for our May 2016 cruise. Paid for it last summer. Now on my booking it has an H_ in front of it. Emailed shore excursions as to what that meant. Got email back saying it was on hold and they were going to put us on another similar excursion. This ever happen to anyone else?

Try and book direct with Paradise Cove. It must be cheaper. Deadmansreef.com. They include shuttle service with the package. I assume you can cancel the shores with Carnival.

We booked directly with paradise cove and loved it. The gentleman was already there when we got off the boat. We were able to enjoy snorkeling, lounging on the beach, and a order of conch fritters before the other excursions even arrived. If we ever go again, we will book directly with them.
