Surprising. My survey from my last cruise hit my inbox way before I boarded my return flight from Fort Lauderdale.

Since I´m Pinnacle I have never got a survey again ( about 15 cruises ). When I asked RCCL about it they told me that now the computer decides whom to send a survey. I was on the adventure for 5 weeks in January/February and like you never ever got a survey.

I never received one either. Guess with a 46% satisfaction rating, they stopped. What else is new. Most of the technology did not work anyway.
