San Diego Airport to Cruise Port

Can anyone tell me if there is a store where we can purchase wine on the way from San Diego airport to the cruise port?

Many markets and drugstores sell wine. The market isn't between the airport and cruise port but it's close by.

Yes for sure. Just head to Little Italy and there is a restaurant called Mona Lisa's that sells wine and opens at 9am. Also Rite Aid in the area just completely renovated the store and has a decent selection. I live in the area so let me known if you have any questions.
