Aix en Provence - early November good time to visit?

We'll be in Marseille on November 4th and Aix en Provence looks like a fantastic day trip. Are the fountains still turned on at that time or is it too late in the year?

 

Aix is our first choice to spend the day unless someone recommends another trip that would be better for this time of year.
