No as it's directly through the Hub App. However you can still get the Internet plans.

 

Let me clarify. The $5/cruise chat option is not available. The $5/day Internet plan is.

Yes, social media package is $5 per day. Price for voyage plans vary by length of cruise (for example, $25 for 7 day sailings.)
