Just cancelled my cruise on riviera

I really do not think Oceania has changed at all. They are cheap with their money, just look at the cost of what is not included. On the ship management is invisible. In this problem they just acted as I would of expected. If you want to go, go, however there are lots of good cruise lines if you want a alternative.

Having completed a fabulous week on the Riviera on March 20th, I can say without equivocation that I would not hesitate to take another cruise with them this summer or fall. Food was fabulous, staff terrific. The only downside was we had to get off and get on a Holland American transatlantic.

Everyone will make their own decisions, of course; but, our cruise was without problems.
