skrupke06 Posted March 29, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2016 I was looking at my booking documents and noticed a change in my itinerary. Next to Cozumel, there is an asterisk. And it says "Overnight aboard ship". Now I can't imagine we would stay overnight since we have to be in Belize the next morning. Has anyone else seen this? Do you know what it means? TIA
bassmaster150 Posted March 29, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Looks like a mistake to me......especially since it shows you leaving at 6:00pm on Tuesday.
babygrljaz Posted March 29, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Maybe they'll leave overnight because belize is very close to Cozumel, just a few hours
Legend Posted March 29, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 29, 2016 I don't know why it says that because you will be on the ship overnight when she sails.
coevan Posted March 29, 2016 #5 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Maybe they'll leave overnight because belize is very close to Cozumel, just a few hours not really, 223 miles or about 10 hour sail, plus slowing down and docking
RuthlessBoss Posted March 30, 2016 #6 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Is this a concert port?
Micahs Grandad Posted March 30, 2016 #7 Share Posted March 30, 2016 I think it is an error as the ship cannot be in two places at once.
skrupke06 Posted March 30, 2016 Author #8 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Is this a concert port? Not that I am aware of. Unless something has changed recently.
RuthlessBoss Posted March 30, 2016 #9 Share Posted March 30, 2016 I see you've found your roll call. Why not ask there if anyone noticed it on their itinerary paperwork.
RHilla619 Posted March 30, 2016 #10 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Looks to be a typo IMO, especially since it has a 6pm departure for you. Maybe call Carnival to confirm?

jandb6266 Posted May 2, 2016 #12 Share Posted May 2, 2016 I read about a week ago that carnival hooked up with a new excursion that needs to get people back to the ship later so they have changed the departure to a later time so they can sell this excursion. It might have something to do with what you are talking about. HAPPY SAILING!!!
zoiebear Posted May 2, 2016 #13 Share Posted May 2, 2016 My cruise in December for Cozumel says the same thing... I wondered what that meant as well. I know a lot of the Cozumel port cruises are now the "Cozumel Plus", but from what I can tell that just means it adds an extra hour (or 2) onto your port time...
