Anyislandwilldo Posted March 30, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Doing an Alaskan cruise next year. My question is in regards to what is temperature in the dining room at night. Will I need to pack sweaters and such to stay warm during dining? I understand the attire is more casual for the Alaska cruises but curious of what I will need to pack to stay comfortable. Kathyfromstl Posted March 30, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 30, 2016 I have the same question for the Westerdam going to Alaska this summer.
cruiseonthebrain Posted March 30, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 30, 2016 I have to pack sweaters for winter cruises to the Bahamas, so I will definitely pack them for Alaska.
K.T.B. Posted March 30, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 30, 2016 The temperature, as far as I can remember, is the same as on a Caribbean cruise. However, outside temps are obviously different. You notice different temps by the buffet more than the MDR because of the buffet's proximity to the doors leading outside. Be that as it may, bring a sweater just in case.
