Shrek and Fiona. The Madagascar characters, including the Penguins and Lion. I think there are others but those are the ones I remember.

Shrek, Fiona, and Puss-N-Boots from Shrek.

 

Alex the Lion, Gloria, King Julian, and The Penguins from Madagascar.

 

Hiccup, Stoick, Gobber, and Astrid from How to Train your Dragon.

 

Besides Hiccup and Astrid, we saw all of the characters above several times during the cruise. Hiccup and Astrid we only saw during the parade.
