email address for customer service?

I was just wondering if anyone knows the email address for Celebrity customer service please? I've filled in the online form but on submitting it, I'm getting "sorry but an error has occurred ,web administrator has been informed" Which is reassuring!!

My problem is that I must have created two MyCelebrity accounts over the past years and my current booking is associated with both of them. This is causing problems with online check in and I'm tearing my hair out! I'm trying to get them merged. I've spoken to Celebrity staff online but they can't help me and advised me to email in. They gave me an incorrect address. Help needed please...

We had the same problem. Try calling the Captains Club 800-760-0654. It took several days, but they were able to fix the problem. No emails.

Thanks Linda, It's just that I'm not living in US - even though my bookings are through US agent - and I thought that if there was a US email, I could use that.

But calling them is probably the best option.
