  1. My husband got an email with link to survey for PUP. I got none. It’s pre populated with his details so I can’t use the link to do one too.

  3. I was just wondering anyone had hired a scooter or knee scooter when on a Med cruise with different departure and arrival ports.( Athens/Ravenna) I can’t seem to find any info on this online. I don’t imagine it’s possible butjust in case anyone had any suggestions? Thanks
  4. Sometimes I think if you go into ‘update offer ‘ but don’t do it you might see more. There’s another different page that shows pending etc. upg.plus grade.com is the address shown on top. I can’t remember how exactly I did it sorry . It was a while ago.
  5. You need to go from the email into the link provided.. brings you to page on ‘move up’ site with list of current bids.
  6. Only certain categories and depends on your current cat. I was OV and offered veranda, concierge, sunset, deluxe V. None higher than that.
  7. If you go back into the email you got confirming your bid, a link should bring you back into your bids and you can see status.

  9. Excellent price. I had an accepted bid OV to concierge 26/8 €405 x 2 but as there are 3 of us the pp rate not too bad. I’m delighted even though twice the price you paid! Enjoy
  10. My travelling companion has had an accident 2 weeks before travelling and is confined to a wheelchair post bilateral surgery. I enquired about the possibility of getting an accessible room (same category as we have obviously) and was told today by email: ‘In regards with upgrading your stateroom to an accessible cabin you need to bid via our Move Up Scheme. If there are any staterooms available to upgrade to, you can bid and will not be charged if the bid is not accepted’ Apparently an accessible cabin is now possibly offered as an upgrade. Strange. I’ve never seen one offered on Move Up. Maybe they are. I wonder has anyone else seen one there? I assumed it was based on need, not revenue. I’d never take or indeed ask for one one if I didn’t qualify. It seems a strange way to put it.

  12. Well, it wouldn’t allow any changes. No way of altering your bid. I’d say if all 3 pending and you can’t change them, you have a good chance of having one accepted. Just keep checking back. Fingers crossed.
  13. I usually go back to an email sent to confirm my bid. It’s nerve-wrecking, waiting.
  14. I had one of my bids pending (&frozen) while others expired in a ‘sold out ‘ sailing . Two weeks later it was accepted. Email first notified me. C card payment not taken until a few days later. My TA notified and new invoice sent to her.
  15. We just had our minimum ‘move up’ bid OV to prime concierge accepted. We’re given C1 8108. On our revised invoice it says 0% obstruction but on deck plan shows it’s mid ship directly beside a hump type suite which i imagine would be quite an obstruction looking forward. I am happy with our new cabin but can’t find any pics/videos and am just curious. 7142 and 9100 would have similar positions. I wondered if anyone had stayed in these or similar cabins? Thanks.
  16. I had a bid locked ‘pending’ for over a week and eventually accepted. 25 days before sailing .
  17. Just had Concierge bid accepted. €405pp Going up from OV. I’m delighted.

  20. OMG I had decided to up my offers . I’d be going from an OV to balcony of some sort. I just now went in and had put offers on 5 classes. All are showing as expired but one ‘Concierge’ pending. I so wish I could go in now and up my offer to improve my chances. Sailing mostly sold out 26/8 Infinity but one or two Concierge were available. Fingers crossed and I hope they put me out of my misery soon, either way! Bids started at €370 on all classes and pending one is €405 - eek.
  21. I wonder if anyone would have an email address for Captains Club Loyalty Team please? I tried Google obviously but can’t seem to find any. I contacted the customer engagement email address with details ( proof) of two sailings for which I hadn’t been awarded points. My reply from Rudolfo said that he had requested that the CC Loyalty team ‘update the missing sailings’. I was given the timeframe of 2-3 weeks. That was on 17th June. Further emails to Customer Engagement have gone unanswered. I really want to escalate this as sailing again in a month and would like my points awarded. Any help appreciated. Thanks
