Worked for me also. If you can, try it on another computer-----if the 2nd works you might try clearing your cache and on the first.

but it works in Internet explorer

I am using Google Chrome on my new Samsung s7 edge and it's causing me issues. This phone has been nothing but problems for the last 24 hours. I will try from my laptop. Thanks for the responses. I see a trip to Verizon in my future
