Fun Self Guided Activities Onboard

Recommended Posts

What kind of unusual activities, or special touches do you bring to a cruise? We are going on a trip with my parents in a few weeks and really wanted to have some different, fun things to do with them.

For instance, on the last trip me and DH did a photo scavenger hunt for things around the ship that looked like letters. When we got home we used the photos to spell out the name of the ship and framed it. I have also seen some people decorate their staterooms with home made things, or bring little trinkets for staff that goes above and beyond.

Does anyone have any other fun ideas to share?:)

This is silly, but we've done things like, who can spot the most Hawaiian shirts. There was also an official photo scavenger hunt last year on Freedom. We totally came in last but it was really fun finding the stuff and having the pictures as mementos
