Deck "0" on Independence

Hi all, hope someone can help.

I'm trying a dummy booking for the Indy and in some catorgories it states "deck 0" I can't find deck 0 on the deck plans! Anyone know what these deck 0 cabins are?

They are on Deck 10 - and the website is terrible. If you want to see that room number, pick another cabin on Deck 10 and then just look for the cabin you actually wanted to review. Just make sure you switch back to the one you want before booking.

Thank you for your quick response. It is confusing! Some are quoting numbers beginning with 9 (so I thought they were deck 9) and some are cabin numbers beginning with 1!!

Think I'll go back to the deck 8 cabins - seems more straightforward :)

Ha! If you found some that start with a 9, they are indeed on deck 9. Did I mention the website is horrid???

Don't stress over it - find a nice floor plan and just look for the cabin number on the deck that makes the most sense. There are no duplicated numbers, so if you found it - that's the right one.

(personally I prefer Deck 9 on the Liberty, although Deck 8 is fine too)

We were on deck 10 on Independence in October and LOVED it! One deck up to the Pool and Windjammer. No need to wait for an elevator to head to breakfast in the morning or go hang out by the pool. The Cabin Stewards were also wonderful. We had inside rooms (1605 & 1607) but the outsides are mostly suites so the cabin stewards are trained for the suites.

You didn't get any noise from the pool? I wondered if there might be loungers been dragged about early or such like?

So sorry I didn't answer sooner. We did not hear any noise at all and neither did other members of our group who also had inside rooms, further down the hall. I did hear noises were likely but it was never an issue for us.
