Hi all!

We (DH, myself, DS 3 yrs, grandma) are going to be in Costa Maya in less than 2 weeks (NCL Getaway). We are looking for recommendations for a beautiful beach! It ideally has seadoo rentals and food.

As well, any other recommendations on what else to do that day? We are there 8 am-5 pm.

Thank you!

I must add that we are non-drinkers, so all-inclusive packages would not make sense for us. Thank you!

I'd say go to Tequila Beach, first stop off the tram from port. They have a variety of water craft. And you can walk back toward the lighthouse for less crowds. You shouldn't need a reservation. Bear in mind jet ski rentals can be very expensive (~$45 per 1/2 hour).

I think Island Marketing handles reservations for a wave runner excursion from Costa Maya Cruise Excursions. Not sure which beach they use (Barefoot, maybe) or what's included in the package.

Thank you for the suggestion! We ended up near Tequila Beach, and settled at Blue Kay. Husband had heat exhaustion so was not able to hop on a jet ski. It was a good spot for us though!
