Le Seyne to Toulon on Sunday morning - alternate method?

We are docking in La Seyne on Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Unfortunately, this means the first water bus we can take to Toulon is at 12:30 and we would miss the market (and half of our port day).

 

Is there another reasonable (ie not ship transfers) way to get to Toulon at that time on Sunday?

 

We were hoping to get the 10 ride ticket and use public transport. We can take the water bus back in the afternoon so at least we can get back to the ship :D
