CCL Freedom from Galveston - Houston flooding

Houston experienced terrible flooding today. All Southwest flts were delayed until at least 4 pm today for example. Freedom I believe was set to sail this afternoon. Just curious if they sailed on time or did they delay to allow for those impacted by the floods to arrive late? Galveston attracts a large audience who drives to the port instead of flies, but even driving to the port today would have been challenging or even impossible depending on where you were coming from.

Just curious.
