Nassau Runners Question

Will be in Nassau for a short time in 2017 (April). Would like to get off the ship and run on some land. To my fellow runners:

How is running in Nassau (i.e. traffic, road conditions, hills, safety)?

Any routes or things that would be good to run?

Must see things that I should include in any run?

Atlantis seems a popular destination. Can it be run to, how far is it?

How is the weather in April?
