I'd like to add that we had Green Tomato arrange a day tour of Tokyo and also transportation from our Tokyo hotel to the Yokohama port. As there were around 25 of us, we had a private bus and we included a short visit to Kamakura. I really recommend Green Tomato and we had the nicest guide, Coco.

I just got a quote from them for a Tokyo tour and drop off at Narita. It was more than double what others have quoted so make sure you shop around.
