2cruise5 Posted May 2, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 2, 2016 We have made a reservation at 150 Central Park on our upcoming Harmony cruise in June. We have prepaid £30.80 each. I note that there are wine pairings. Am I correct to assume these are extra on top and that we could choose to then add them on or not?
Clarea Posted May 2, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 2, 2016 You are correct, the wine pairings are extra and optional.
Eslader Posted May 2, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 2, 2016 $75pp for the pairing a couple weeks ago on Oasis.
OCruisers Posted May 2, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 2, 2016 You don't have to do the wine pairing unless you wish! ;)
2cruise5 Posted May 2, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Thank you. Is still additional even if you have the premium drinks package?
2cruise5 Posted May 2, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted May 2, 2016 $75pp for the pairing a couple weeks ago on Oasis. I presume it wouldn't be $75 if we have already prepaid £30 for the meal itself?
BekkaW Posted May 2, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 2, 2016 I presume it wouldn't be $75 if we have already prepaid £30 for the meal itself? Unfortunately that presumption is wrong. The wine pairing (6 or 8 glasses from memory) is $75, separate from the cost of the meal. If you have the drink package you would be better off just selecting individual glasses of wine for each course from the wine list. If you choose wines which cost more than the package limit you just pay the difference.

lv2bcruzin Posted May 2, 2016 #9 Share Posted May 2, 2016 (edited) We just ate there last week and you only have two options for dinner. 6 course meal with or without wine paring (6 glasses). We did it without the wine pairing and they adjusted for my wife who doesn't eat meat or dairy. The food was amazing and well worth it! We had the drink package as well. The cost for the wine pairing is still extra. That is the case for any activity on the ship you pay for that has alcohol as part of it (i.e. the Prohibition Event). Just order the wine separately as mentioned. We just ordered cocktails. Not huge wine fans. Edited May 2, 2016 by lv2bcruzin

Do you still get the two menu options?
