Anyone have any information on Regal Cabin M217, sideways inside? What is above?

I have stayed in that cabin on the Royal Princess. I liked it. It is below cabin L215. It was quiet except for 2 incidents. 1 - someone across the hall left their balcony door open and it got so loud it woke me from a dead sleep at about 3am - wind noise. I had to call customer services because I couldn't get back to sleep. I don't know how they slept. Once I called customer services the noise was gone pretty quickly. 2. - a couple of mornings I heard hi los or similar moving stuff around from inside the ship, much lower level I think. I was already awake but it was before 8am. This was the first 7 day cruise to the caribbean of the Royal Princess.

The cabin was roomy and looked great. It took me a few days to get use to having the bed so close to the door but I'm not sure why.
