Balcony dividers on Miracle

It has always been my understanding that while most balcony dividers between cabins on Spirit Class ships (specifically the Miracle) can be opened, only a certain number can be opened per sailing due to the number of brackets they have on board or something like that and you need to put in a request as soon as you board if you want to have yours opened. I just want to know if that is still the way it's done on the Miracle.

We heard the same and made it our first stop to get on the list as soon as we boarded last summer. The lady at the pursor's desk indicated that there were a limited number that they could do, but that they rarely has an issue with going over that number. By the second day of our cruise the divider was open and we were loving the large balcony between our two cabins.
