Just for info for those who may have a final payment due around the end of this month or first part of Nov. Effective 1 Nov RSSC will add a $5/day/pers fuel surcharge and will pass on the airline fuel surcharges as well. They've been absorbing them up until now. The last day for final cruise payment to avoid the surcharges is 28 Oct. Waiting until the 31st will not work.
