Yeah, I did for like 4 hours but because it was a good was to catch up on sleep from those late nights, I killed 2 birds with one stone. Catch up on sleep and get a tan.

But I have taken several naps on Deck 3!!

Nothing beats those soft covered lounge chairs!

 

Sometimes I wonder why we pay extra for a balcony... since I enjoy it out there just as much!

No Fog, not at night. During the day? Always, on the lido, pull a chair into the shade and I'm good for an hour or more. Last April the sun caught up with me and I got burned. Not bad but had to cancel the next day beach outing.

I was in the casino one night until 2am in the morning (way past my bedtime).

I went up to the snack shack beside the pool area and got a brautworst on a bun (loaded). Then I went up to the deck that looks down on the pool. I just wanted to rest my tummy for a few minutes. The lady in the lounger beside me woke me up "you might want to get out of the sun. YUP! fried like a ripe tomato ......oooooooooohhh the pain. (Never again)

Ditto what GoinCruisin said!! :cool: It's a wonder I didn't fall off the tall stack of deck chairs and onto the pool net. :eek:

deck 10, aft. it was nice and quiet (no blaring pool band). I had a good book, the breeze was perfect, the sun was warm but not hot and had the waiters bring me something cool when I got thristy. those deck chairs were really comfortable to me. some of my favorite parts of the cruise were cat napping in the sun and just RELAXING...:)

Because the members of my family are sadistic and mean, my husband fell asleep on the top deck aft one afternoon and was snoring quite loudly.

 

We all got up, moved our things, and moved about 20 feet away from him.

Yes, unfortunately I have fallen asleep up on deck. I WAS getting a really GREAT nap in...when someone HAD TO snap a picture of me...oh so rudely waking me up!! And this picture, let me tell you...not becoming!...Embarassing in fact...before this I was enjoying my fresh air nap!!

I look forward to napping again on deck...I just have to make sure to hide all the cameras first!!!

Never on Deck but DH and I both fell asleep on our balcony and stayed there most the night!!! Loved it!

I Enjoy Taking A Nap Ur Passing Out Which Ever U Want To Call It Due To Drinking All Day. The First Day On The Cruise I Slept On My Balcony And Was Fine But The Second Day My Brother Slept On The Balcony As Got Wet Eventhough We Were On A High Deck. Passing Out In The Sun Is Great.

Fell asleep on the Triumph, port side in Bermuda. In the shade, very quiet. Never thought I would fall asleep in a public place.
