Up sell Question

If you've booked through a TA, I'd suggest you come up with two dollar amounts to communicate to your TA:

 

#1: if an upsell offer comes along for less than $X, do it, using the credit card on file.

 

#2 if an upsell offer comes along for >=$X but less than $Y, call me to let me decide.

 

#3 if an upsell offer comes along for >=$Y, don't bother telling me unless you've heard there's been a recent winning lottery ticket in the area.

I've never been offered an upsell. :(
