MSC upgrades and upsells

I noticed while I have two fantastic cabins coming up, (an aft balcony and a large slanted balcony respectively) that some suites are still available on our cruises in June.

 

How and when does MSC handle upgrades and upsells? NCL now has a dedicated phone line to their upsell department that you can call to see if any deals will be forthcoming.

 

Does MSC have anything similar?

Thanks Bret! Much appreciated. We are 40 days out from the first leg so hopefully I hear something soon! Having the BIGIF already feels like an upgrade though. :)
