Delta canceled flight

Booked on Delta through Princess EZ air.Even though I have a confirmation number it is not ticketed,as it is more than 45 days out.Princess air is closed for weekend.

 

My 8:30,which I just changed to yesterday,for a better price is not going to Seattle anymore.

Will Princess normally accommodate you and change you to another comparable flight without any charge?I have 8 seats on the flight and there is an 8:15 flight which shows a much higher rate than I got yesterday.

 

I guess I am stressing as it is the weekend and just wondering if anyone had an issue like this and how it was resolved.

you are the second person this weekend who said they had an issue come up on the weekend and have not been able to get it resolved with their cruise air people. Sorry 'bout that.

 

Get on the Internet and go to Matrix AND Delta's own website. Find your own alternatives for the cancelled Delta flight. Just in case, look for some non-Delta alternatives. Write them all down!!! Be sure to call your Cruise Air folks as soon as the office opens on Monday. Give them your alternatives - it shows you know what is going on. You may luck out and get what your found. Or, you may get the short end of the stick and get stuck on lessor flights choices.
