Belize- we used this company to do a tour of the altun Ha and a tour of the city. Very nice tour for 35.00 bucks. http://belizecruiseexcursions.com/

Costa Maya-- take a taxi into Majuahaiul and just sit and watch the world go by- this is a relaxing beach day. after--stop at the pier coz there is a bunch of stuff happening-- there is a pool, shoips etc.

grand cayman-- the fiancee can do the sting rays-- and just stay on the boat. the site is amazing. We plan to visit hell, the turtle place and the Rum cake factory in Grand Cayman this ttime

MamaParrotHead .... Belize and Grand Cayman are both "tender" ports.

Normally, folks who fear water hate tenders!

All kinds of options in Cozumel! In Costa Maya as suggested by serene56, taking a taxi to Majahaul is a wonderful way to spend the day.
