how long ahead to book for shows?

Hello fellow cruisers,

 

I am planning to sail RCL Anthem of the seas, the last week of july.

How long ahead do you have to book for

 

Dynamic Dining?

 

Ifly?

 

North star?

 

Entertainment Shows?

 

 

RCL has caught my attention. I used to be a big NCL cruiser but RCL has better shows and better entertainment but I still have to be sold over the food. Also, RCL seems more expensive than NCL. But More on that later,

please help me and other fellow NCL bandwagon cruisers to choose RCL

by answering the above questions...thanks in advance.:D
