Ocean Player's Club can't find my member number.

I went on Ocean Player's Club to email them to help me find my member Number. In order to send email they needed the member #. Can someone give me a phone # to call them or know another way for me to find my Ocean Players Club member number.

Go to the Carnival Website and tap on your VIFP and put in your name and birthdate.....your number will pop up ......this is your number you need to give to the casino people when you email them at Casino@carnival.com

If you still have your sign and sail card from any prior Carnival cruise it printed on it.

You don't need your Players Club member number when sending an email to them. I just email my name, VIFP number, birthdate and last cruise I was on and current booking information.

 

The only reason I even know that I had a separate Players Club number was because it was on a snail mail cruise offer.
