pv girl Posted May 25, 2016 #40 Share Posted May 25, 2016 (edited) this is going to be very addictive for us left-coasters - it is cool to see the lines etc. so much closer than at FLL Edited May 25, 2016 by pv girl deletion
Rare Copper10-8 Posted May 25, 2016 #41 Share Posted May 25, 2016 this is going to be very addictive for us left-coasters - it is cool to see the lines etc. so much closer than at FLL John - why turn this way rather than go forward and do a 180 to port? Westerdam did the same thing last night. Captain's prerogative ;) AMDM's captain chose to make the bow swing to starboard (stern to port) in order to line up for the outbound Gastineau Channel

emmy Posted May 25, 2016 Author #43 Share Posted May 25, 2016 i love this camera and its location! Thank you for sharing it. You are welcome :) I sometimes come to the HAL board on sail away Saturday and Sunday to read and enjoy the comments for sail aways out of Port Everglades. Although I have not sailed HAL mostly RCI I do appreciate each cruise ship line and respect the love each of us has for our 'favorite line' Seeing so many HAL ships on this new webcam made me think of all of you here and wanted to share this. Glad you ALL are enjoying the new Juneau webcam with even more viewing opportunities for HAL ships. :):)
