New Xenses Park any info?

I was trying to decided between Xplor and Xcaret by going to their website. While there, I saw that a new park is opening this summer called Xenses, however I can't find a single picture of what it will be like. The description seems very interesting but could turn out incredibly lame. Has anyone heard or seen anything about this?

I believe it's due to open June 1st. It's a half day type of park by the same owners as Xcaret and XelHa. Supposed to be located in the front of Xcaret.

 

That's all I know. If stopping in Cozumel and you think you'll have enough time to go there, might be a slightly better experience than trying the others which you won't have enough time to fully appreciate. However, it's probably a better site to go to on a mainland vacay or if your ships is stopping at Playa del Carmen not Cozumel.
