Question about taxi to Atlantis, then what? What can you so for free there? Also

everything goes on your seapass...all charges from the moment you step aboard. No cash is accepted anywhere for anything.

Two exceptions for the "cash rule": tips, and the casino. You can charge tips to your seapass, but the staff will accept real money of course. The casino games operate on coins and the tables will exchange cash for chips.

Hey...the header says Atlantis.....some people take the taxis to Atlantis...and they take you to the door...some take the water taxi which can be fun...then you will hike a couple of blocks up to Atlantis but the water tour was fun for us......

Free....nothing! that we found...casino...aquarium....and such were all fees.......we love new stuff but next time...we will stay on the ship and enjoy the ship!

When we went to Atlantis the aquarium was open with no charge. I don't know how often that happens.

We took a taxi ($4 per person), but will take the water taxi on our next trip.

Remember to bring your digital camera and spare batteries. The aquarium is really neat and some of the fish are unbelievably large -- you must take pictures there.

If you can go to Atlantis after 7pm, you can go through the dig for free. You can also walk around all the grounds, but none of the water parts are open. Take a taxi if you want to get there fast and right to the door. You have to wait for the water taxi to fill up and then walk a couple blocks to Atlantis. It is worth it to see Atlantis, especially for free like we did.

If you plan on visiting Atlantis with kids just be warned that they will not be able to do the pools or slides - It's a real tease for them :( You can however book a room across the street at the comfort inn (around $150) and up to 4 people in the room will get FULL access to Atlantis and ALL that it offers. Just a thought.

We visited Atlantis on our Feb. Majesty cruise. We used the water tender taxi for around 2 0r 3 bucks each way. I think it was 2. If you visit the casino and play no telling how much you may spend:rolleyes: . We, also did the dig. Per person was 29.00. It was soooo worth it. It also allowed you to walk the grounds freely when you finished. One thing I observed on our way back to the water taxi was a long, long line of cars waiting to get accross the bridge to get back to Nassau:eek: . I'm glad we choose the water taxi. It was cheaper and more reliable mode of transport;) .
