Reduced deposit?

I paid the reduced deposit of $250 for 2 people on 7 nighter.

Paperwork shows deposit paid, but also says $500 still due in a couple of weeks.

Customer service says this always shows up on paperwork, but reduced deposit code is in system & I am fine until final deposit. & the $500 owed can't be removed from paperwork.A nyone else see that their paperwork still shows as owing the full deposit amount who only paid the reduced deposit special?
