New cheers limits what are our new drink options.

I am one of those people who doesn't mind paying for the Cheers program.

And that is honestly saying a lot because I used to "Smuggle " :)

I honestly usually stick to the same ole same old Jack and coke or Aberfeldy 12 year

until last year I went to a Johnny walker tasting and enjoyed Double black and Blue but to my dismay I was told it wasn't on the program.

And that's the old program so with the new limit a Whoohoo inducing $50.00 a drink that begs the question.

what drinks are that expensive beyond the Champagne in the steakhouse.

I mean I don't mind paying for the program, but I would like to take advantage of it and try a few new things.

and since most "Top Shelf's" are hidden under the bar or in the back.

what Option's are available at the bars now that previously weren't available?

Will my Double black or Blue be available to me now?

I looked into the drink prices and couldn't find any of them over $13 (while at home), I haven't a clue if they permit my guys scotch or if they even carry it at the bars.

Thank you for passing on the information. I too have enjoyed the Cheers program in the past, and at least break even every day. It isn't because I drink everything I purchase, but it's fun to be on vacation and try new things. In the past, there were wines I couldn't get, so I'm glad to know the wines that are now available due to the price limit increase.

I'm NOT a scotch drinker (just throwing that out there) but knowing how scotch drinkers feel about their scotch, I'm surprised that there are NO scotches (?) over $10.00. I am not doubting that this information was requested and received from Carnival, but honestly! If I WAS a scotch drinker I would demand a recount!

No you cant sadly. and the list does seem lacking I know there are several whiskey's and scotches on the bars. that is unless they have removed them since January .

you would think that if they are going to increase the option they would increase the selection.

wonder how we can get a updated list anybody know a contact?

I'm skeptical of the list I posted, too. I don't think much time, thought, or care went into researching prices when I asked.

They also said the list varies from ship to ship.

To me, I wonder why they advertise up to $50 drinks when none come close in the prices quoted... misleading?

Anyhow, I wanted to share the above information...

I am thinking that maybe they didn't research, and I am sure Carnival don't want us drinking the most expensive stuff if they don't have to. I seen another post somewhere on here stating that they have Pyrat Rum cask 1623 that was $25.00 a shot, not sure what bar. I don't know if it is true but I am sure going to find out! I will be drinking a lot of Patron too.. ;)

Just off the Splendor. What I noticed on the wine list was that there are fewer wines offered by the glass. I tried to order 2 higher end wines by the glass in the steakhouse only to be told that they were out of those. It seems like Layer Cake has become their go to by the glass wine. Not impressed with their by the glass selection at all.
