Embark & Then Disembark?

Recommended Posts

Anyone ever check-in on the ship then disembark to enjoy the local port city more?

My wife and I will be on the Harmony TA from Barcelona in October. We have to check out of our hotel at 11:00. Was thinking we would board Harmony, check on board for MDR table location, dinner reservations, etc. but then would like to disembark to enjoy Barcelona some more.

We will have 3-4 hours to kill and could use it to do stuff along the Barcelona waterfront where we will not have visited otherwise.

Thoughts? Is that a bad idea? Thanks!

Great. Thanks! Yeah we are very blessed to be going on such an amazing trip. I'm deep into our pre-cruise planning for it and thus the question.

Appreciate the help.
