Just off the Reflection after an 11 night eastern Med cruise. Before my review let me say my wife and I enjoyed the cruise however with reservations,

Cabin (6129) was good but my wife tells me that the toiletry supplies are not as good as in the past, i.e. no shower gel or shower cap.

As we have holidayed throughout the Med. we weren't so much bothered about the ports visited, more the break on board the ship, having sailed with celebrity before we had a good idea of what was in store. We did go ashore at each port but did it freestyle, using hop on/hop off buses for Athens and Naples, - much recommended , had a good walk in other ports, favourites being Kusadasi and Bodrum.

Dining: used the buffet for breakfast and lunch, little bit overcrowded at times but overall good. Enjoyed taking a coffee which was good, outside after eating,

Used the m.d.r. for dinner and enjoyed every meal. Went to the al bacio after dinner to enjoy a nice pot of tea.

Bars : we had the classic drinks package which was enough for us, however I sometimes wondered if the barmen wanted to serve or just sell an upgrade.

Usually ended up in the casino bar where the service was excellent.

Entertainment : the ships cast although working hard were not very good at all, this entirely due to the material they had to work with. 3/10

accapelo group We3 7/10

Beatles tribute-John and Paul 7/10

Motown tribute- Queens of rythm I think 7/10

Male singer -sorry I forgot his name but he was the best 8/10

Crew : dining room and cabin excellent , bar staff good

Ship : deck furniture starting to look worn, especially chairs and cushions at the sunset bar. Lack of chairs around the central foyer stage for anyone wanting to sit and listen.

So to sum up, enjoyed the trip, the food, the drink, but the entertainment and uncomfortable chairs took the edge off the cruise. sorry only 3 / 5.

Thanks for the review.

I loved Bodrum as a DIY port.

Sorry the Sunset Bar area looks tired. I am sure it gets lots of use. It is one of my favorite places on all Celebrity ships.
