Carnival Dream Crimson Dining

I noticed on the deck plans that there was a small room that is part of the Crimson dining room. It is called the Crimson Lounge. Does anybody have any information on how a small group traveling together could use this for their dining area. Looks to hold around 15-20 passengers. We have 16 in our group and we would all like to dine together. All of our bookings are linked.

I would ask the Maitre D or host on embarkation day. They use those side rooms as overflow when the dining room is crowded such as on formal nights.
